Pricing
All prices shown on the site exclude VAT which is charged at the prevailing rate. This is currently 20%. The prices shown are in Pounds Sterling.
Carriage/ delivery charges are additional to the prices shown and will be added to your purchase at check-out.
Delivery Times
On all stock held items these are normally despatched within 48 hours with delivery on a next working day basis. Standard Delivery is provided by courier and requires a signature upon receipt of goods. Delivery is provided during normal working hours, Monday to Friday only, unless otherwise arranged and agreed in advance.
If you are outside the UK and wish to purchase product; please email us an enquiry detailing the items you wish to purchase and a formal quotation can be raised for you.
Standard Terms and Conditions
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these please contact us before proceeding, Terms and Conditions and your use of our web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court.
A Contract between you (the customer) and Computer Power Protection (Sales) Limited for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched. This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.
Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order as appropriate.
Your Right to Cancel
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
Returns Policy
Your right to return goods is protected by the Distance Selling Act 2000. If you are not delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 7 days of the date of receipt of goods.
We will offer you an exchange or a full refund (less any original shipping costs) provided that the products are returned unopened, unused, in saleable condition and with the original packaging.
In the rare event that an item is deemed to be faulty we will provide an exchange for the item. Faulty items are covered strictly by the duration of the manufacturer’s warranty. Please see individual products separately for warranty periods as they vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and product to product.
Making Returns
For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. If you prefer, we will arrange to collect the products from you, but the cost of this will be charged to you and may be deducted from any refund to you, if applicable.

Credits for return will only be will only be processed when goods are in the possession of Computer Power Protection (Sales) Limited or the nominated vendor for returns.
